We're early. You deserve to know exactly where things stand before you put your trust in a tool.
Android has a manual UDP DNS-blocklist prototype. It does not include an adult-content category yet. The iOS prototype targets Safari only; build checks are not proof of blocking.
Real-device blocking tests are pending. Validate coverage, document limitations, and develop the intended adult-content blocking scope before a public release.
Publish installation instructions and verified release details. Explore macOS, Chrome, and Windows after the first mobile milestones. Timing is not yet announced.
A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Not yet. There is no public APK, App Store release, or browser extension available here. The platform previews explain current progress. Download links will be added when releases are ready.
Adult-content blocking is the intended goal, not a verified capability of a public product. The Android prototype currently uses a manual UDP DNS blocklist without an adult-content category. Real-device blocking tests are still pending.
The current iOS prototype is Safari-only. It should not be understood as device-wide filtering or protection in other browsers or apps. A tested build does not establish that blocking works on a real device.
No. BlockHabit is being developed as a browsing-boundary tool. It is not medical care, a treatment, or a promise to prevent every unwanted visit. Technical tools can be one part of a broader approach to changing habits.
